'The Data Analytics Graduate program is a two year structured program that includes rotations through many of our core functions so you get a solid understanding of how to use analytical techniques to deliver leading business solutions. These rotations will be tailored to your personal career goals and maximise your opportunity for growth.
The program is also integrated with graduates across the organisation, providing you with development opportunities, multiple lines of support and a vast network of colleagues and contacts to enable you to build a successful career at Bankwest.
What degree types do we look for?
Graduates from all disciplines are welcome to apply, however, preferred degree areas include:
- Business analytics
- Actuarial studies
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Any other quantitatively oriented discipline.
Eligibility Criteria

You must have Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at the time that you submit your application. - Minimum credit average
To be considered you’ll need a minimum of 65% grade point average. - Graduate applications
To be eligible, you must be in the final year of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree or have completed your university studies in the last 12 months.'
