Join Out for Australia for this national professional development workshop series to help you nail that job by making the most of your unique working style!

Everyone is uniquely different, and this includes the ways that we work in order to perform at our best. We can achieve better results when we identify everyone’s unique strengths and respect the variety of working styles within our teams.

Who can come:This event will feature an interactive workshop, case study-like exercises and a panel of diverse speakers. All LGBTIQ+ students, allies, and young professionals are invited to attend in order to find their superpowers and how to identify the strengths of others!

What to expect:
The interactive workshop will be tailored to the attendees – you will be asked to complete a short-survey about your working style, prior to the event which we will then use to maximise your engagement on the day! The workshop will explore how you can find your own superpowers, and how you can identify the strengths of others to maximise your impact as a diverse team.

You will then have the opportunity to put these powers to the test in a group activity, which will then reflect the kinds of tasks commonly performed by candidates during their recruitment processes, as well as day-to-day activities in the workplace.

Out for Australia, with Deloitte, are committed to making this a safe space in which you can make mistakes, openly ask questions and build your confidence!

We’ll then end the workshop with a panel discussion featuring LGBTIQ+ and ally professionals, from graduate through to senior leaders. The panel will share their experiences working with different styles, their challenges and triumphs, and to answer your questions.
