If you are selected, you will work closely with your country CEO and team building the workforce of tomorrow. Among all country 'CEOs for One Month', 10 finalists will participate in the Bootcamp, the final assesment. One succesful talent will be given the opportunity to shadow the Adecco Group's Global CEO, Alain Dehaze, and get a taste of what it's like to lead a team of 33,000 colleagues working together to fight unemployment in more than 60 countries.
